EXPERIENCED FINISH CARPENTER

(Custom Residential Homes ONLY)

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled Finish Carpenter with proven experience in custom-built residential homes to join our team. This is not an entry-level or production-based position.  DO NOT APPLY if your experience is primarily in factory or assembly-line trim work (including RV/mobile home/trailer production). 

This position involves the installation of detailed trim work in high-quality custom homes, including windows, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, and other custom finish elements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in custom residential trim carpentry, cabinet installation, or similar finish work
• Strong understanding of general construction techniques, materials, and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a high level of precision and craftsmanship
• Physically able to perform hands-on work in varying environments, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier craftsmanship and maintain quality standards on every project
• Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and other team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times
• Report to work on time, prepared, and ready to contribute
• Assist proactively with material, supply, and tool planning
• Communicate material or supply needs to the Project Manager in a timely manner
