Project Manager

Steve brings over 32 years of construction experience and is on-site daily at the projects to oversee work by our field staff and sub-contractors.

Todd joined Reliance in 2014 and brings 43 years of construction experience and extensive knowledge of the building process.

Project Coordinator

Brenda brings 30 years of diverse professional experience to Reliance, specializing in project coordination within the construction industry, alongside a background in nursing and medical office administration.

Robert Thatcher

Estimator

Robert brings over 35 years of commercial and real estate operational experience to Reliance. He is currently engaged in estimating and bidding all projects, obtaining permits, and drafting contract documents.

Melissa Weldy

Interior Designer

Melissa brings seven years of experience in new home construction and renovation. She holds a degree in Environmental Design from Ivy Tech Community College, as well as a BS in Nursing.

Architectural Designer

Mark D. Wyatt is an award-winning custom home designer whose work brings timeless beauty, balance, and functionality to every project. Hired to design his first home at 16, he has since completed nearly 600 projects — each shaped by an obsessive attention to style and detail that results in homes of exceptional quality.
