Project Manager

Steve brings over 32 years of construction experience and is on-site daily at the projects to oversee work by our field staff and sub-contractors.

Project Manager

Todd joined Reliance in 2014 and brings 43 years of construction experience and extensive knowledge of the building process.

Bradley Grostick

Project Manager

Joining the Reliance team in 2020, Bradley brings 23 years of construction experience and knowledge. Bradley's specialty is timber frame and woodworking.

Robert Thatcher

Estimator

Robert brings over 35 years of commercial and real estate operational experience to Reliance. He is currently engaged in estimating and bidding all projects, obtaining permits, and drafting contract documents.

Melissa Weldy

Interior Designer

Melissa brings seven years of experience in new home construction and renovation. She holds a degree in Environmental Design from Ivy Tech Community College, as well as a BS in Nursing.

Brenda brings 30 years of diverse professional experience to Reliance, specializing in project coordination within the construction industry, alongside a background in nursing and medical office administration.

Mark is an award-winning custom home designer known for incorporating timeless beauty, balance, and functionality into every project. With nearly 600 completed projects, his obsessive attention to style and detail results in homes of exceptional quality.
